Unfortunately, I am not impressed with none of the items ordered. Sweat fits (2) are very thin and too small (ordered XL; fits like a L) and the sneakers wrinkled horribly on top toe area...disappointed :-(

I really like the quality of their products..delivery is pretty fast. Sometimes however it's hard to gauge the right size for shirts. Most have been great but last two were a little small.

I ordered my boots on Jan 7th and still haven't received them. Everytime I contact them they tell me the same thing. I can't seem to get in contact with a real person. They keep giving me the same auto generated response about where it is and that they've urged logistics to expedite the order.

I ordered XL and the top I received had to be a 5XL. It is EXTREMELY TOO LARGE. I'm really disappointed as I really liked the top and bought it for a specific event on Saturday 2/11/23. This size error has ruined my planned outfit. Please give me full refund to include the shipping cost

2/7/23..On point in shipping..one problem I find the size like I wear a large in most so I decided to get xlarge in blouses I find them being too exact can't button. I purchased a black and green long sleeve a while back. First time putting it on to go to church gathering tonight..it's like no way had to wear it open with a shirt underneath

I was disappointed in the color. The picture shows the orange and leopard print clearly. The other color clearly looks black (which BTW seemed logical with the leopard) I was not expecting the navy color. And your description on the site I ordered from said nothing about the navy. Maybe you should be more explicit.

I ordered my clothes on November 02, 2022, and am still waiting to receive my order. I inquired through the chat a week before Xmas to see what was going on, and after that, I saw an update that it was shipped on 11/18/2022. Fast forward over a month later, in January 2023, when I informed Chic Me via chat that I still needed to receive my items. I was told to be patient. It had something to do with the blizzard in December.
It is now January 16, 2023, and no clothes. I need my clothes or refund me.

The dresses were way too small, except the size large. I would like to return 3 of the dresses and the seller tried to get me to accept 10% refund and keep the items. I can only fit one of the dresses and would appreciate a return label for the other 3. What the seller is asking me to do is not acceptable.

The size was a true 2x but the inseam is very very short, if I had to guess a 28-30 inch inseam, and the material is kinda cheap and thin. I’m 5’9 so the pants were to short and the drawstring that’s in the pants is to small. The drawstring disappeared as I was trying the pants on. Unfortunately I’m going to have to a loss on this outfit and give it away. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from them again.

Easy ordering on your website. Was my 1st time ordering from you. The one shirt was too small & the other one wasn't flattering. Will order larger sizes next time. But they're good quality tops.

I am unable to button up the dress because there are not any holes to fasten the dress. No happy at all! This was going to be my birthday day dress. Now I have to pay someone to make holes so I can fasten the dress up. Never again! Too expensive to send back to Hong Kong

Shipping takes too long, even when express shipping is offered. Twice I have placed orders and did not get them on time. It takes almost 4 weeks to get your order. Even "express" takes 2 weeks. So I guess you have to order months in advance to get your clothing when you want it. No other online clothing does t his.

After leaving my first Review, they only sent a message stating the same comment as all of the other messages. I need to know have this company been reported (Chic Me) to the proper authorities. They took my money since November 6th, 2022 and still haven't sent my package! DO NOT ORDER FROM CHIC ME!!!! It is now February 7th, 2023. The only reason 1 star is showing is because they don't have ZERO to choose from!

Recieved my order one item missing message chicme an had no success wanted to return something never got returns label as they keep offering discount the shoes I recieved heel came off first time I wore them again contacted them offered discount I accepted wait a week an nothing so again emailed an now I'm told I left correspondence too long so I'm getting nothing

Even after seeing soo many bad reviews i decided to give it a try,Its such a terrible site to buy from,never waste your money coz even the package you will not recieve it, it will just dissappear and they will not even bother to help you out, its really terrible. Afterwards I have discovered my package is with them so they kept the clothes and the money as well,its the worst site ever,its a nightmare. Dont dare unless you have money to waste.
